Professor Thevamaran was awarded with the prestigious Vilas Faculty Early Career Investigator Award from the Office of the Provost, University of Wisconsin-Madison. This award recognize research and teaching excellence in faculty who are in relatively early stages in their careers. This award for outstanding achievement is funded through the generosity of the Trustees of the William F. Vilas Estate.
